We are a family owned mobile BBQ vendor specializing in Saint Louis style authentic pit smoke BBQ.

Our name came from the pitmasters love of the freckles on his wife's face when she smiles and his lifelong passion for smoking meats hince the name, "FRECKLES & SMOKE BBQ" As well as the magical blend of seasonings that are freckles on the meat as it spends its time being basted with hickory smoke:  

" you gotta freckle it before you smoke it "

Wanting to smoke meat for other people was not the only reason this all came about. Running a bbq business was not the only thing we wanted to do. Being Christians  also comes along with the want to help those in need. It was when a conversation being held with our pasture saying " There will be ribs in heaven that's what I think anyway" It was then that we realized putting the two together would be the mission behind the passion! So as time has gone on we have been fortunate enough to help clothe and feed the homeless, raise money for family's dealing with financial hardships of cancer treatments, and raising money for local church addiction programs. Our goal is to one day be able to start a mission named RIBS IN HEAVEN With the means to help all those that are struggling and need our help while providing ST LOUIS STYLE AUTHENTIC PIT SMOKED BBQ.
